§ 77.009 OPERATING TRAIN ON UNPROTECTED CROSSINGS.
   Any engineer, conductor or other person in the employ of any railroad company shall not run any engine or train of cars across any crossing which is not protected with a flagger, gates or signals as required by this chapter.
