§ 77.006 MAINTENANCE OF CROSSINGS.
   It shall be the duty of railroad companies to grade and plank or pave the street, alley and sidewalk where their tracks cross any street, alley or sidewalk. The crossings shall be built and maintained as directed by the City Engineer.
