(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.999.
(B) The operator of a vehicle or owner of an unattended vehicle shall be liable for violation of § 75.002(A) and fined $25.

(H) The owner of the vehicle (violating § 75.021) shall be fined $40, plus being responsible for the cost of towing and impounding the vehicle.

(I) The operator of a vehicle or the owner of an unattended vehicle shall be liable for violation of § 75.022 and fined $40.

(M) If a vehicle is not removed pursuant to the tag (§ 75.026), the owner of the vehicle or vehicle parts shall be fined $50 and shall be responsible for the cost of towing and impounding the vehicle. For each subsequent offense, the fine shall be $150.

(N) The operator of the vehicle or the owner of an unattended vehicle shall be liable for violation of § 75.027 and fined $40.

(O) Any vehicle owner violating § 75.028 shall be subject to a fine of $40, plus being responsible for the cost of towing and impounding the vehicle.

(P) The operator of the vehicle or the owner of an unattended vehicle shall be liable for violation of § 75.029 and fined $40.

(Q) The operator of a vehicle or the owner of an unattended vehicle parked in violation of § 75.030 shall be fined $50 (reduced to $25 if paid within 72 hours). If the same vehicle is found in violation of § 75.030 three or more times in any 30-day period, the fine shall be $75 for each additional violation.

(R) The operator of the vehicle or the owner of an unattended vehicle shall be liable for violation of § 75.031 and fined $20.
