§ 75.050 PUBLIC CARRIER STOPS AND STANDS.
   The Board shall establish bus stops, bus stands and taxicab stands on public streets in such places and in such numbers as it shall determine to be of the greatest benefit and convenience to the public, and every such bus stop, bus stand or taxicab stand shall be designated by appropriate signs or markings.
