§ 75.016 PARKING SIGNS REQUIRED.
   Whenever any parking time limit is imposed or parking is prohibited on designated streets, except for § 75.026, it shall be the duty of the Board to cause to be erected appropriate signs giving notice thereof. No regulations shall be effective unless the signs are erected and in place at time of any alleged violation.
