§ 74.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.999.
   (B)   All violations of §§ 74.001 through 74.010 shall be subject to a fine of $10. The procedure for payment or trial is set forth in § 10.999.

   (C)   An officer of the City Police Department may issue a notice of an ordinance violation citation to a person who violates this chapter. The fine for violation of this chapter shall be a $50 fine. The procedure for payment or trial is set forth in § 10.999. Said fine shall be payable to the City Clerk. Failure to pay said fine within ten days shall result in the issuance of a court summons.
