§ 72.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.999.
   (B)   The fine for violation of § 72.008 is set forth in § 10.999, and the procedure for payment or trial is set forth in § 10.999. Any person guilty of an infraction of § 72.008 shall be liable for a penalty of not less than $50 nor more than $300.
