§ 70.003 ACCIDENT REPORT ACCOUNT.
   The Police Department shall collect a fee of $8 for each copy of an accident report as provided in I.C. 9-26-9-3. The fee collected shall be deposited in the Local Law Enforcement Continuing Education Fund established by I.C. 5-2-8-2.
