§ 70.002 INCORPORATION OF STATE UNIFORM TRAFFIC PROVISIONS.
   The city acknowledges the state law traffic provisions and any provision of this Traffic Code inconsistent therewith shall be considered not enforceable, adopts and incorporates the provisions of I.C. Title 9, Article 21.
