§ 59.100 AUTHORITY OF BOARD; COMPLIANCE WITH ORDINANCES AND STATE LAW.
   The installation, construction or extension of interceptor sewers outside the corporate limits of the city, shall be governed solely by the Board of Sanitary Commissioners and any connection to the interceptor shall be subject to the provisions of § 59.101 and I.C. 36-9-25-1 et seq.
   (A)   Any existing significant industrial user located beyond the District limits and discharging into the District sewer system shall submit a discharge permit application, in accordance with § 59.101, within 90 days of the effective date of this chapter, or in the case a valid permit exists and does not violate any part of this chapter, shall not have to re-apply until the permit expiration date. New significant industrial users located beyond the District limits shall submit such applications to the Director at least 90 days prior to any proposed discharge into the POTW.
      (B)   Alternately, the Director may enter into an agreement with the neighboring jurisdiction in which the significant industrial user is located to provide for the implementation and enforcement of pretreatment program requirements against said industrial user.
