§ 59.041 PRIVATE SEWER SYSTEM TO COMPLY WITH STATE AND LOCAL REGULATIONS.
   (A)   The type, capacity, location and layout of a private sewage treatment system shall comply with all requirements of the state, county or any agency or subdivision thereof.
   (B)   No septic tank or cesspool shall be permitted to discharge to any public sewer, ditch or watercourse.
