§ 56.002 AUTHORITY.
   This chapter is adopted under the authority granted by I.C. 36-1-4-11, 36-7-4 and all acts supplemental and amendatory thereto. This authority provides for the administration, enforcement and amendment of this chapter for controlling storm water illicit discharges and connections in the city.
