§ 55.015 SEVERABILITY.
   (A)   The invalidity of any section, sentence, clause, division, part or provision of this chapter shall not affect the validity of any other section, sentence, clause, division, part of provision of this chapter which can be given meaning without such invalid part or parts.
   (B)   If any section, paragraph or provision of this chapter shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the validity or unenforceability of such section, paragraph or provision shall not affect any of the remaining provisions of this chapter.
   (C)   All ordinances, resolutions and orders, or parts thereof, in conflict with the provisions of this chapter are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed, and this chapter shall be in full force and effect from and upon compliance with all procedures required by law.
