§ 55.014 DELINQUENT FEES AND PENALTIES AS LIENS; DUPLICATES; COLLECTION.
   Delinquent charges for storm water services, and applied penalties, recording fees and service charges constitute a lien upon the property and may be collected in accordance with provisions of I.C. 36-9-23-32 and 36-9-23-33.
