(A) Basis for charge. The storm water service charge is designed to recover the cost of rendering storm water service to the users of the storm water system, and shall be the basis for assessment of the storm water service charge. This rate is established so as to maintain adequate fund reserves to provide for reasonably expected variations in the cost of providing services, as well as variations in the demand for services.
(B) Charge for single-family residential properties. The storm water service charge for all single-family residential properties shall be $6 per month, based upon all single-family residential properties having a single ERU. If a billing is for storm water service of less than one month, billing shall be on a per-diem basis.
(C) Charges for all properties other than single-family residential properties. The storm water service charge for all properties other than single-family residential properties shall be a fixed customer charge of $4.50 per month per parcel plus a variable rate of $1.50 per month charge for each ERU assessed on said property.
