The City Board of Sanitary Commissioners is hereby authorized to amend the landfill fee system for disposal of trash, garbage and rubbish at the city sanitary landfill. The Board, the certified landfill operator or their designee shall have the authority to determine which category any particular waste received shall be billed. The Board, the certified landfill operator or their designee shall also have the authority to reject disposal of any waste at their discretion.
