§ 165.390 EROSION CONTROL STANDARDS.
   (A)   Generally. This erosion control standards section applies to the following types of development: ST; CV; CS; TD; TN; ZL SC; CD; IP; DP; and PD.
   (B)   Cross-reference. All proposed subdivisions, planned developments and development plans shall be in compliance with Chapter 57, Erosion Control Ordinance of this code of ordinances.
