§ 36.019 CONSTRUCTION WITH STATE LAW.
   The provisions of this subchapter are intended to supplement I.C. 5-22 (Public Purchasing), 36-1-11 (Disposal of Property), and 36-1-12 (Public Work Projects), which chapters shall prevail in the event of conflict with any provision of this code.
