§ 165.327 TRADITIONAL RESIDENTIAL PARKING STANDARDS.
   This parking standards section applies to the following zoning district: UR. The following standards apply.
   (A)   Quantity. A minimum of two off-street parking spaces shall be required per dwelling unit.
   (B)   Location.
      (1)   Same lot. The required parking spaces shall be located on the same lot as the dwelling unit.
      (2)   Garages. The required parking spaces may include spaces within garages and/or carports.
