(A) All permitted uses in the base zoning district are permitted as such in the MUO District.
(B) In addition to the base zoning district’s permitted uses, the following list of uses is permitted.
(1) Agricultural permitted uses.
(a) Agricultural crop production;
(b) Land conservation;
(c) Orchard;
(d) Tree farm; and
(e) Vineyard.
(2) Institutional permitted uses.
(a) Bus station;
(b) Camp;
(c) Cemetery/mausoleum;
(d) Child care institution;
(e) Church, temple or mosque;
(f) Community center;
(g) Government office;
(h) Government operations (non- office);
(i) Hospital;
(j) Library;
(k) Museum;
(l) Nature center park;
(m) Police, fire or rescue station;
(n) Pool, public;
(o) Post office;
(p) Retreat center; and
(q) School (P-12).
(3) Residential permitted uses.
(a) Dwelling, multiple-family (two or three units);
(b) Dwelling, multiple-family (four to six units);
(c) Dwelling, multiple-family (seven to 15 units);
(d) Dwelling, multiple-family (16+ units);
(e) Dwelling, single-family attached;
(f) Dwelling, single-family detached; and
(g) Fair housing facility (small).
