(A) All permitted uses in the base zoning district are permitted as such in the NTO District. All special exception uses permitted in the base zoning district are allowed as such in the NTO District.
(B) In addition to the base zoning district’s permitted uses, the following list of uses are allowed as a special exception.
(1) Commercial special exception uses.
(a) Office, design services;
(b) Office, general services;
(c) Photography studio; and
(d) Retail (Type 1), very low intensity.
(2) Residential special exception uses. Bed and breakfast.
