§ 165.182 EFFECT ON DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS.
   (A)   The development standards from the base zoning district shall apply to the TCO District until which time it is redeveloped as described below.
   (B)   The act of assembling land and applying for redevelopment, and meeting the prerequisites for redevelopment within the TCO District shall trigger a change in development standards as described in § 165.186.
