§ 165.123 APPLICABILITY.
   The following requirements apply to all land within the ACO District as defined in § 165.124 and were created per FAA Advisory Circular AC 150.2500-33B. Under no circumstances shall a planned development or rezoning of property change the applicability of the ACO District’s land use restrictions and additional development standards.
