§ 34.030 DISPOSITION OF FUNDS.
   The City Fire Department is responsible for the billing and collection of aforesaid fees. All fees collected (other than fees for hazardous materials billed and collected pursuant to I.C. 36-8-12.2) will be allocated to the Special Revenue Fund 205 for the City Fire Department.
