§ 34.024 RESPONSIBILITY FOR ADMINISTRATION

   (A)   The city shall administer, implement and enforce the provisions of this subchapter by and through the City Fire Department.

   (B)   Any powers granted or duties imposed upon the city in this subchapter may be delegated in writing by the city to persons or entities acting in the beneficial interest of or in the employ of the City Fire Department.
