The official zoning map shall be formally revised by the Plan Commission as changes are made (e.g., rezonings, planned developments or annexations) or as the Zoning Administrator determines necessary. During the time it takes for each revision to be made electronically, hand drawn lines and text on a printout of the previous official zoning map will be appropriate to note zoning district changes. Revisions may be made at any time to correct drafting errors, clerical errors or omissions on the map.
