§ 165.034 PLAN COMMISSION CERTIFICATION.
   This chapter was certified with a favorable recommendation for adoption then forwarded to the legislative body. Amendments were made to the certified draft by the Common Council. The amendments to this chapter were then certified on 7-22-2010 by the city’s Plan Commission.
