505.09 LOUD ANIMALS.
   (a)   No person shall keep or harbor any dog or other animal within the Municipality which emits sounds which are unreasonably loud and of such intensity and duration as to disturb and annoy an inhabitant of a residence within the Municipality. Any person who allows any dog or other animal to remain or to be lodged or fed within any dwelling, building, yard or enclosure which they occupy or owns, shall be considered to be harboring such dog or animal.
   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and each subsequent violation of this section within a period of three years of the first violation shall be a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
