351.13 TRUCK PARKING IN RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS.
   (a)   No person shall park or allow to be parked in a residence district area in the City any truck, tractor, semitrailer or trailer, except as hereinafter set forth:
      (1)   Trucks having not more than three-fourths ton capacity, providing they are kept housed in an approved garage.
      (2)   Farm vehicles bearing current farm licenses issued by the State or if they are used exclusively upon the premises.
      (3)   Trucks making bona fide deliveries to the premises where they are parked and for only so long a time as is reasonably necessary to make such delivery.
