349.03 LIMITS FOR DISPLAY.
   (a)   No person shall park or stand a vehicle on public or private property for the purpose of selling or trading such vehicle, or advertise the same as being "for sale" or "for trade".
 
   (b)   Subsection 349.02(a) shall not apply to the display for sale or trade of not more than two vehicles in any twelve-month period provided that the following conditions are met:
      (1)   Not more than one vehicle is offered for sale or trade at any given time.
      (2)   The vehicle is parked or stored on a hard surface driveway at least ten feet from the street right of way on residentially-zoned properties and fifty feet from the street right of way in all other zoning districts.
      (3)   The owner of the vehicle is the owner or lessee of the premises.
