345.09 PERSONS UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF INTOXICATING LIQUOR OR NARCOTIC DRUGS.

No person who is under the influence of intoxicating liquor or narcotic drugs or opiates shall operate or be in actual physical control of any motor vehicle in a shopping center.
