333.10 FULL TIME AND ATTENTION.

(a) No person shall operate a motor vehicle or motorcycle in and upon the streets and highways of the Municipality unless he shall give and devote his full time and attention to the operation of such motor vehicle or motorcycle.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a second degree misdemeanor.
