The following public roadways within the corporate limits of the City of Richmond Heights are hereby declared to be within a “Business District” for purposes of traffic enforcement authorized by either the Codified Ordinances of the City or the Ohio Revised Code:
(a) On Richmond Road, 300 feet north of Highland Road and 500 feet south of Highland Road; and
(b) On Highland Road, 700 feet east of Richmond Road and 500 feet west of Richmond Road.
