182.04 REGISTRATION PREREQUISITE FOR OTHER MATTERS.

   A person, firm, partnership or corporation shall possess and present to the City of Building, Zoning and Housing Division, an uncancelled certificate of tax registration in order to:

   (a)   Obtain the permit required by Chapter 1325 of the Building Code.

   (b)   Register as a contractor pursuant to Chapter 1335 of the Building Code; and/or

   (c)   Renew registration as a contractor.
