169.02 APPOINTMENTS.

The appointments shall be made as follows:

(a) The Mayor shall appoint four members from a list supplied by the members of Council and which shall be at least one member from each of the four wards of the City.

(b) The Mayor shall appoint three additional members who shall be subject to the approval of Council.
