169.01 ESTABLISHED; MEMBERS.

(a) There is hereby established in the City, a Commission on Aging, consisting of seven members.

(b) The Commission on Aging shall be constituted as follows: The Mayor and the President of Council shall be permanent non-voting members of the Commission. The remaining seven members of the Commission shall be residents of the City preferably sixty years of age or older, and all appointments will be for a term of two years.
