The Litter Control Board shall adopt a set of goals and objectives which reflect the general goal of the Ohio Litter Control Program to reduce litter and littering and to change the littering habits and attitudes of all Ohioans and which will directly involve the commitment and support of various community groups and interests including industry, labor, commerce, media, agriculture, conservation, neighborhood associations, youth groups, civic groups and religious organizations.
