167.02 APPOINTMENT; COMPENSATION.

The members of the Litter Control Board shall be appointed by the Mayor and shall be citizens of, or employed within the City and may be officers or employees of the City. The Commission members shall serve without compensation for two-year terms commencing the first day of January, 1986.
