167.01 ESTABLISHED; MEMBERSHIP.

The Richmond Heights Litter Control Board is hereby established to consist of one member of the Richmond Heights Police Department, one member of Council, one member of the public to represent the Richmond Heights School District, one member of the public to represent the South Euclid-Lyndhurst School District and two or more members of the public. The Mayor shall appoint one member of the Litter Control Board to act as Chairman of the Board.
