The revised Master Plan for the land use of the City, the text of which has been revised by the Regional Planning Commission of Cuyahoga County, dated June, 1972, and the Land Use Map, as revised by the City Engineer, dated June, 1972 are hereby approved and adopted. The Master Plan and Land Use Map are further revised on the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission and the Planning and Zoning Committee of Council to reflect the land use of properties north of the Richmond Mall, east of Richmond Road, south of Highland Road, and west of Meadowlane as an R-1 Residential Use District as currently zoned.
