154.14 FINDINGS.
The Board may show approval or disapproval as submitted, or approval with recommendation and conditions, or ask for re-study or resubmission.
   (a)    Approval constitutes final approval or disapproval of such drawings as submitted and therefore does not include the right to make subsequent changes in such drawings without new consideration by the Board.
   (b)    If it is necessary to make changes in a project following final approval, applicant shall immediately notify the Building Commissioner who will require applicant to submit revised drawings for consideration by the Board.
   (c)    Failure by applicant to comply with this requirement will result in revocation of its approval of the original plans, and a request to the Building Commissioner that he revoke the building permit for the project until revised plans have been submitted and approved.
   (d)    Applicant shall keep one set of approved drawings on the site during working hours and shall produce same when so requested by the Building Commissioner or other City official.
