(a) All meetings of the Board shall be open to the public and shall be held at City Hall at a pre-determined hour and day as required. The Building Commissioner shall notify all applicants as to the date and time of the meeting.
(b) An applicant need not be present at the time his application is being reviewed; however, the Board may request the applicant to be present and his failure to appear when requested may result in rejection or tabling of the plans until the applicant does appear after request of his presence.
(c) In order to better carry out the provisions of this chapter, the Board, by formal motion, shall adopt rules for the conduct of its business.
