Each member of the Architectural Board of Review shall be a registered design professional as defined in Section 202 of the Ohio Building Code, an architect holding a certificate issued under Sections 4703.10 and 4703.36 of the Revised Code, or any engineer holding a certificate issued under Section 4733.14 of the Revised Code, and shall have been actively engaged in the general practice of building design in Ohio for a period of not less than three years prior to the member’s appointment to the Board.
