151.03 FEES FOR USE OF RECREATIONAL FACILITIES.

(a) The Recreation Board is hereby authorized and directed to provide for membership and fees and other rates for the use of recreational facilities, including such areas as the swimming pool and tennis courts within the City.

(b) The Recreation Board is hereby directed to account for such moneys received and to issue their proper voucher to the Director of Finance.
