(a) Any Facilities Operator or other person or entity acting as the agent of a Facilities Operator found guilty of violating, disobeying, omitting, neglecting or refusing to comply with any of the provisions of this Chapter shall be fined not less than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) nor more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for each offense. A separate and distinct offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
(b) The City may revoke the Small Cell Use Permit of any Facilities Operator who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects, or refuses to comply with any provisions of this Chapter or the Design Guidelines set forth in Chapter 915 or as promulgated by the City.
(c) Nothing in this Chapter shall be construed as limiting any judicial remedies that the City may have, at law or in equity, for enforcement of this Chapter.
