141.06 REQUIREMENTS OF CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION.

The requirements for officers and members of the Division of Police shall be established by the Civil Service Commission, provided, however, that the Civil Service Commission shall make no rule or regulation restricting in any manner the place of residence of the Chief of Police.
