133.02 ASSISTANT CLERK OF COUNCIL.

There is hereby created the position of Assistant Clerk of Council. The Assistant Clerk of Council shall be appointed by the Clerk of Council and shall serve at the pleasure of the Clerk of Council. The Assistant Clerk of Council shall perform such duties as may be specified and assigned by the Clerk of Council or by Council.
