123.02 DATE OF ANNUAL CHARTER REQUIRED REPORTS.

   Pursuant to the authority and instruction of Sections 4 and 5 of Article VI of the Charter, Council hereby fixes April 1 in each year as the date for the submission to the Mayor of the reports required of the Director of Public Safety and the Director of Service and Properties with copies to be supplied to Council in accordance with such Charter provisions.
