(a) When publication of City statements, orders, proclamations, notices and reports is required by law to be posted or published, they shall be posted and published in the following manner: copies of such documents shall be posted for a period of not less than fifteen (15) days on paper on a bulletin board in the City Hall and on a bulletin board in the City Police Station that are accessible to the public during regular business hours of the City and also published in digital format on the official website of the City and on any official website of the State of Ohio that is available for that purpose.
(b) Publication and posting of ordinances and resolutions adopted by City Council shall be given by posting and publishing the number, the title thereof, and the date of passage thereof, for a period of not less than fifteen (15) days and by the posting and publication thereof in the same manner as set forth in subsection (a) hereof.
