1394.01 APPEALS BOARD ESTABLISHED.

(a) The City of Richmond Heights Zoning Board of Appeals is hereby appointed to serve as the Appeals Board for these regulations as established by the City Charter and Codified Ordinances.

(b) Records of the Appeals Board shall be kept and filed in City Hall at 26789 Highland Road, Richmond Heights, Ohio.
